Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Any requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Customers can exchange: The same article in a different size or color (if available), or Choose a different article of the same or higher value. The difference will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchange Procedure:
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at our Official WhatsApp number (03066466284) within the 7-day window.
- Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for the exchange, and clear images of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping the Item Back:
- Once you have received your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds for exchanges. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
